Support For Parents
Whilst staying at Lillie’s Lodge, you will follow a personalised support programme. The aim of this is to improve your confidence and skill set in preparation for your future independent living.
The types of activities on offer will include:
- Family First Aid
- Budgeting for a family
- How to access support for your family
- Cooking for a family
- Introduction to pre-school groups
- Ways to support your child’s development through active learning
- Adult education opportunities
Safeguarding
Every child deserves the best possible start in life and the support that enables them to fulfil their potential. Children develop quickly in the early years and a child’s experiences between birth and age five have a major impact on their future life chances. A secure, safe and happy childhood is important in its own right. (EYFS 2017)
